Job Title: Senior Design Lead (Branding & Marketing)Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)About the CompanyOur client is a US-based creative and growth partner that works closely with wellness brands at different stages — from early product development and launch to scaling globally.They support founders through a combination of digital marketing, branding, and growth strategies, acting as a hands-on extension of their teams.Their work spans across paid media, social media growth, email and SMS marketing, product development, branding, and performance marketing, helping build impactful consumer brands in the wellness space.Role OverviewWe are looking for 2 Senior Design Leads who can both lead creative direction and execute high-quality design work hands-on.This role requires someone who is highly organized, fast-moving, and performance-oriented, with strong experience in agency environments and a deep understanding of marketing-driven design.You will play a key role in shaping brand identities and executing creative across multiple channels.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute design across multiple channels:Branding & visual identity systemsPackaging design (CPG-focused)Paid media creatives (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)Email marketing design (campaigns & lifecycle)Translate brand strategy into high-performing visual assetsEnsure consistency across all brand touchpointsCollaborate with marketing, growth, and creative teamsManage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround timesProvide guidance and feedback to other designers when neededQualificationsMust-Have5+ years of experience in design (agency experience strongly preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, paid media, and email designExperience leading projects while remaining hands-onStrong visual eye and attention to detailAdvanced proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Strong AI skills (generative tools, creative workflows, experimentation)Excellent organizational skillsStrong written and spoken EnglishAbility to deliver high-quality work with fast turnaroundBackground in performance marketing or growth environmentsFamiliarity with email marketing platforms and lifecycle designExperience working with distributed/integral teamsWhat We’re Looking ForA well-rounded designer who can lead and executeSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environmentA strong communicator with clear design rationaleHighly organized, reliable, and detail-orientedProactive and comfortable taking ownership end-to-end
