Corus is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and participate in international projects.
Location: Barcelona, hybrid (one day in the office)
Your main responsibilities will involve:
* Analyze ECM business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications
* Stakeholder management and interaction with key users to understand business needs
* Support and lead the implementation of new initiatives and projects related to content management
* Develop and support content management solutions and workflows using ECM tools
* Perform impact analysis of application and data source changes, holding an end-to-end view of the system
* Continuously improve existing ECM processes and services
* Provide end-user support/training for global content management needs
* Ensure compliance, governance, and data quality related to content management
Your Skills and Experience required:
* 3 years of relevant work experience in content management or related fields.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Good knowledge of content management systems and processes.
* Business Analyst skills (e.G. analytical skills, requirement gathering & engineering).
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Relevant working experience in IT content management is a big plus.
* Valuable previous experience or knowledge with ECM tools (e.G. FileNet, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum).
* Experience or knowledge with workflow automation and document management systems as a plus.
