THE OPPORTUNITY

Title: Enterprise Inside Sales Representative - German speaking
Location: Barcelona

Position Summary

The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative generates new sales and revenue by engaging large companies within an assigned book of business, including prospects and existing accounts. This role collaborates closely with field sales to execute account strategies, maintain relationships, and understand customer goals. Success is measured by meeting sales quotas, high activity levels, and customer retention in a team-focused environment.

Your role in our mission:
* Prospect within assigned accounts, schedule remote meetings, and expand product offerings.
* Identify customer needs, focusing on transactional opportunities under $25k.
* Maintain outreach through prospecting, networking, marketing initiatives, and pipeline management in Salesforce.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, meeting sales targets.
* Partner with decision-makers to align strategies and develop tailored solutions.
* Build relationships, lead negotiations, and manage responses to RFPs.
* Identify and convert new opportunities, re-engage unengaged accounts, and collaborate across teams.
Valued skills and experience:
* Full professional German and English skills.
* Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and managing a sales pipeline.
* Strong questioning skills, negotiation experience, and CRM proficiency.
* Familiarity with social selling tools and virtual platforms.
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and resilience skills.
