As European Brand Manager for PPE within our Orthopaedic Instruments division, you shape the European brand strategy and drive portfolio growth. You will work with cross-country and cross-functional teams to translate global direction into local execution and identify expansion opportunities. You lead market assessments, lifecycle management, and education initiatives to strengthen brand awareness. This role offers high visibility and impact across Europe, with a focus on strategic growth and portfolio evolution.

• Define and drive the European brand strategy aligned with global direction
• Develop 3–5 year portfolio roadmap and annual/long-range plans
• Lead market assessments to identify expansion opportunities and support launches
• Develop scalable marketing campaigns and assets for local activation

• Partner with country leadership to forecast demand and align with supply chain
• Monitor performance and implement data-driven improvement actions

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years in medical devices, marketing, or commercial roles
• Experience across xpzdshu multiple European markets
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe ~40%
• Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Comfort with a complex, evolving environment
• Strong project management and multi-priority handling
