Business Development Representative (BDR)

Here at Anteriad, we focus on the well‑being of our employees and organize a number of team‑building activities. You'll be based on our stunning campus in Las Rozas. Responsibilities
* Call companies in Australia and New Zealand and speak to IT managers.
* Gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT‑related topics.
* Generate a lead: set up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative.
* Work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients during our signature Warm Handover™.
Qualifications
* Native English language speaker.
* High level in another European language desirable, but not required.
* Experience working in a phone‑based role.
* Target‑driven mentality & can‑do attitude.
* Residence must be located in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid).
* Able to work in Spain legally (full‑time).
Compensation & Benefits
* Permanent contract; monthly salary (ca. 1780 €/month) + uncapped commission system.
* Early morning shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 – 11:00 am. 30 hours per week.
* Uncapped commission structure with three levels per lead, allowing you to set and achieve goals.
* Free transportation from Moncloa and from El Pinar de las Rozas’ Cercanías Station by corporate bus.
* Free Spanish classes and opportunities for advancement within the company.
