As Construction Manager, you will take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects in the Madrid area. Working closely with project directors, MEP contractors, and client-side teams, you will ensure that construction meets programme, budget, safety, and quality benchmarks.Key Responsibilities :
Oversee all on-site activities during the construction phase of Tier III / IV data centresManage subcontractors and ensure MEP, civils, and architectural packages are delivered to specificationMonitor progress against programme and escalate delays or risks to the Project DirectorChair daily / weekly site meetings with contractors and client representativesEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety protocols, and QA / QC standardsCoordinate with commissioning agents to support integrated system testing (IST)Maintain clear project documentation and reporting for senior stakeholdersRequirements :
7+ years’ experience in construction management, including at least 2+ years in data centre or mission-critical projectsStrong understanding of MEP systems, BMS integration, and electrical infrastructure (UPS, LV, MV)Fluency in English;
Spanish is highly desirableProven track record in delivering hyperscale or large colocation projects to deadlineKnowledge of European HSE and building regulationsEngineering or construction-related degree preferredJ-18808-Ljbffr
