ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Luxury hospitality property in Sotogrande providing elevated guest services aligned with international 5 -star standards. We are strengthening our Front Office team with disciplined and guest -oriented Receptionists who thrive in high -service environments and cross -department collaboration.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check -in and check -out procedures, handling guest inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a seamless luxury guest journey. The role directly influences guest satisfaction, brand perception and operational fluidity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver professional, warm and friendly service at all times.
• Execute check -in, check -out and telephone handling procedures in line with LQA standards.
• Maintain presence in the lobby and support guest flow when not delivering luggage.
• Ensure lobby and main entrance cleanliness, focusing on glass areas, main doors and ashtray emptying when required.
• Register and deliver incoming items for guests or staff in a timely manner.
• Manage guest luggage collection and delivery with accuracy and care.
• Greet guests, process arrivals, departures and billing following service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and properly equipped workstation.
• Upsell room categories and drive revenue through targeted selling.
• Handle guest belongings with utmost care and discretion.
• Assist with room changes and reallocation when requested.
• Ensure long -term luggage storage is managed correctly and supported with proper receipts.
• Respect hotel credit policy and financial procedures.
• Manage own cash float and conduct daily cash reconciliation.
• Stay informed about hotel activities, events, VIPs, groups, opening hours of outlets and property information to guide guests.
• Maintain strong communication with other departments.
• Comply with uniform and hygiene standards.
• Print and verify cash transactions and negative postings before end of shift.
• Report incidents and irregularities to the Supervisor.
• Support Bell Boy, Concierge and Driver services when required.
• Operate golf carts/buggies to escort guests around the property.
• Know and follow emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Report suspicious activities immediately.
• Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, with at least 1 year in luxury environments.
• Strong attention to detail, with speed, accuracy and organizational discipline.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of English and Spanish.
• Hospitality or tourism -related education.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Mandatory: Valid driving licence and own vehicle.

• 23.000€ gross annual salary
