Requirements
- C2 level fluency in German coupled with B2 English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable handling sensitive content
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Basic IT skills
- EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Spain
- Already residing in Barcelona OR available to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help is provided)
Work Schedule
- Full-time (39 hours per week). Workdays include Monday to Sunday, with two weekends per month. Days off can be separate during the week.
- Part-time (16 hours per week). Work only on Saturday and Sunday. Training is full-time.
- Shifts vary depending on the business line and market. A hybrid work model may apply.
- Schedules are provided one month in advance.

Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract of two months, renewable based on performance
- One-month probation period included in the first contract
- Possibility of a permanent contract after four to six months
- Paid training from day one, Monday to Friday. No training on weekends or holidays
Holidays
- 32 days per year, distributed as four full weeks and four individual days
Salary
- Gross annual salary: EUR 24,715.40
- Gross monthly salary: EUR 2,059.62
