Your Role We are looking for a HR Administration Generalist for the HR Spain team, who will report to the Spain HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes of the employment relationship effectively and efficiently, including administration, compensation, and legal compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. What you will do
* Lead the administration of hiring, registrations, cancellations, modifications of working hours and severance payments, and any other incident or change derived from the life cycle
* Ensure the correct end-to-end management of the payroll process (Spain In Home & Satellite Countries- externalized), social security, personal income tax, etc., including implementation and management of variables, adaptation to legal regulations, accounting and auditing.
* Management / Implementation of Collective Bargaining Agreements
* Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. This includes managing employee inquiries and resolving issues related to payroll, benefits, and employment conditions
* Support the creation and update of HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and support the organization’s strategic goals.
* Manage the administrative and legal part of international mobility processes and relationship with external advisors in these processes
* Actively participate in the improvement of processes in their field of action, especially in the continuous improvement of systems and platforms
* Provide in-house customer support, especially with regard to Labour Relations advice
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the rest of the HR team in managing relations with unions and Work Councils,
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes from a legal and systems perspective
* Manage face-to-face control and absenteeism control.
* Collect the information and documentation required in Audit processes (internal or external) or legal inspection processes.
* Analyse personnel costs, monitor and identify improvements, to ensure compliance with the Budget and work together to ensure the accuracy of the data reported and accounted for
* Ensure the budget compliance of the Human Resources area, in direct collaboration with Comp & Ben., piloting the management of purchase orders and invoicing.
* Manage Employee Benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, flexible compensation, and other fringe benefits) working with relevant departments to ensure the accuracy of information related to such benefits
* Keep the employee file (digital and physical) and the Human Resources platforms updated
* Analyse and interpret data as the main axis in Human Resources decision-making
* Manage trainee & ETT recruitment processes (administrative part).
What we are looking for
* Completed studies in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or similar
* In-depth knowledge of labour and tax legislation in Spain.
* Having experience working with payroll external suppliers in other countries (nice to have)
* Minimum similar experience of at least 5 years
* Ability to organize and self-manage.
* Proactive attitude and internal customer service
* Organizational skills and very good communication
* Digital Profile
* Proficiency in Office Package (Excel, Power Point, Teams, One Drive)
* Knowledge of SSFF and Meta4 (nice to have)
* High level in English (B2-C1)
* Prior knowledge in Compensation and Benefits will be favourably considered
