What will your challenges be?
* Point of Sale Execution and Activation
o Support the implementation of visibility and merchandising plans for key launches and campaigns across major retail accounts.
o Coordinate the development and execution of point-of-sale materials (displays, promotional packs, testers, and visibility elements).
o Maintain and update planograms to optimize shelf presence and category performance.
* Trade Performance Analysis
o Monitor sell-out performance, product rotation, and competitive activity across key customers (e.g., El Corte Inglés, Sephora, Druni).
o Track promotional effectiveness and support ROI analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
o Contribute to budget monitoring and performance reporting by customer and category.
* Partner with Key Account Managers to develop customer-specific trade plans and presentations.
* Support the execution of the Trade Marketing Plan within strategic accounts, ensuring high standards of in-store excellence.
* Operational Excellence
o Manage visibility execution tracking through digital tools (e.g., YOOBIC) and ensure follow‑up on identified actions.
o Coordinate external merchandising teams and monitor compliance with Perfect Store KPIs.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
* Education: Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field for this role.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Pharmaceuticals, dermocosmetics or FMCG.
* Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
* IT:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
o Familiarity with retail execution and space management tools (e.g., Spaceman).
