Client Solutions Security Lead – Security Presales Avanade is seeking a Client Solutions Security Lead to lead pre-sales and go-to-market strategy for our Security practice within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role focuses on accelerating the adoption of M365 Security/Defender, strengthening identity with Entra ID, securing workloads in Azure, and scaling SOC services based on Microsoft Sentinel. This position acts as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, aligning proposals with real business and cybersecurity challenges.

We have a team of specialized Microsoft architects and technical experts dedicated to these areas.
Responsibilities
Support client relationships and work with account leads and regional stakeholders to translate client industry business goals into technology outcomes on the Microsoft platform.
Drive technical thought leadership with a long-term view for managing, operating, and securing client technology platforms; stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to client contexts.
Define and execute the commercial strategy for Microsoft Security solutions (M365 Defender, Entra ID, Azure Security, Microsoft Sentinel) in coordination with regional leadership and Microsoft.
Design value propositions and repeatable offerings (assessments, blueprints, accelerators, estimators) that demonstrate ROI and time-to-value.
Launch joint campaigns with Microsoft and other partners aligned with Security priorities (Zero Trust, XDR, SIEM/SOAR, identity); engage with executives and conduct workshops (e.g., Zero Trust, Threat Protection, Identity, SecOps).
Collaborate with sales and project teams to build high-impact proposals, assist in effort estimation and team definitions, and ensure solutions meet client needs while maximizing investment value.
Support pre-sales processes, demonstrations, and client workshops; drive adoption of Microsoft security solutions and provide hands-on guidance on configuration, deployment, and operation.
Lead and participate in industry events, forums, and security communities as a market reference; foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in pre-sales, consulting, or commercial leadership roles in infrastructure solutions, with deep knowledge of Azure.
Experience creating tailored commercial proposals, including estimations and team definitions.
Hands-on experience in the Microsoft environment, including troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing security components in production environments.
Strong communication, influence, and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences; ability to define and lead commercial strategies.
Client-oriented with the ability to understand challenges and propose suitable solutions.
Experience with M365 Defender and deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
Education
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Certifications in M365 Defender, Identity and Enterprise Security, or commercial leadership are valued.

Ability to understand client business needs and recommend best-fit technologies; results-oriented with resilience under pressure.
Adaptability and flexibility to respond to market and customer changes; strategic vision to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
Effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams.

Drive adoption of Microsoft security solutions and provide hands-on guidance on configuration and operation.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
