We are looking for you for our team: International Key Account Manager. Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, your mission will be: Lead and implement projects for contracts for our clients.
Main responsibilities:
* Define and execute projects. Coordinate tracking meetings with the clients to monitor the implementation of said projects.
* Coordinate internal tracking meetings with the R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality Control departments (etc.) to take necessary measures to guarantee the correct implementation of projects.
* Control and manage the client product portfolio – look for improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate client petitions with the team internally. Act as a liaison between the client and Persán.
* Knowledge of the market/competition

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Academic background:
* University degree
* Minimum C1 English; knowledge of other languages valued but not necessary
Soft skills:
* Planning and Organisation : Capable of planning the product launch process while organizing the necessities of each department.
* Leadership: Serve as a reference for clients and internal partners.
* Drive, proactivity y consistency.
* Guarantee on time product launch
* Pursue opportunities offered by clients/Persán
* Look for effective alternatives to turn “No” into “Yes”
* Communication: Capacity to transmit ideas concretely and convincingly to clients both internal and external. Capacity to recognize the different dispositions of clients and adapt arguments to adjust their perspectives.

Work experience:
* More than 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a Mass Market industry.
