Business Analyst / Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
* Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery unit to identify requirements and ensure project success as a business analyst.
* Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload and improve reporting/forecasting transparency.
* Manage operational tasks for Service Ops Platforms.
* Support day-to-day operations of Service Ops Platforms.
* Support onboarding and training process for Production Partners.
Requirements:
* Experience in Project Management and Business Analyst roles in IT sectors.
* Knowledge of service operations processes, including global customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
* Familiarity with service operation tools, specifically JIRA and Service Now.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Experience working in SCRUM environments.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
