Job Responsibilities
1. Respond to standard customer inquiries regarding the company's products and services.
2. Answer and monitor calls, emails, and transactions in the call center.
3. Request additional or missing information from customers via letter or telephone to address inquiries.
4. Track client and product order information and log data in spreadsheets to monitor call center activity.

Work Environment
We support hybrid work arrangements, including remote work and in-office collaboration. All colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will designate at least one anchor day per week for full team in-person meetings.
