Secondary Teacher of English
for the 2025–2026 academic year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic educator with a strong background in English Language and Literature to join a high-achieving, collaborative, and innovative department. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons from 1º ESO to 2º Bachillerato, creating engaging and differentiated lessons for all students, including those with English as an additional language.Key responsibilities include using data to monitor academic progress, supporting language acquisition and literacy in ESL students, and participating in departmental planning and collaborative initiatives.The teacher will promote reading, writing, and effective communication, contribute to school life through enrichment activities and events, and maintain clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues, reflecting Dukes Education’s values and standards.About EngageEngage International School is a private trilingual school with nearly 60 years of experience, serving students aged 0 to 18, located in the heart of Majadahonda, Madrid.The school is recognized for its academic excellence, ranking as the 5th best school in the Madrid Community based on PAU results.Experience and Competencies:
Proven experience in teachingExperience teaching English Language and LiteratureStrong knowledge of the English National Curriculum and recent educational developmentsUnderstanding of language acquisition or experience teaching ESL studentsExperience with Cambridge preparation coursesPersonal Skills:
