We are looking for an NDT Manager ensuring compliance with EN 4179 and EASA Part 145 regulations and leading a team of NDT inspectors in PT, MT, UT, ET, RT methods.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and oversee NDT operations, ensuring compliance with EN 4179 and EASA Part 145 standards.
* Supervise and guide a team of NDT inspectors, ensuring proper training, certification and adherence to safety procedures.
* Coordinate and schedule NDT activities for customers to minimize downtime and optimize fleet availability.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in NDT, with a strong customer oriented profile.
* Solid understanding of EN 4179 and EASA Part 145 regulations and safety procedures.
* Strong team management skills.
* English (required); French (desirable); Portuguese (desirable).
