JOB SCOPE The Sales Executive focuses on assisting the Sales team in driving revenue, identifying business opportunities, and adding value to an expanding portfolio of airport lounge and hospitality services.
\n
This role will also support client relationships, contribute to sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced airport environment.
\n
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
\n
- Assist in the planning, controlling and execution of all matters related to the running of the Sales Department.
- Monitoring all aspects of the marketplace, obtain competitor research and report back on all market trends in a structured way. Compile reports on findings to present to Senior Management.
- Responsible for the Madrid enquiry handling for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and Aerotel
- Responsible for bringing in new clients
- Responsible for creating sales reports for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and Aerotel
- Support the lounges and Hotel with the communication of new promotions generated by local PPG and HQ Sales. Duties to include cascading information to the lounges and hotel.
- Liaising with key departments in Madrid and HQ and working closely with other sales team (inside and outside PPG) to create synergy and get benchmark
- Close liaison with the Finance and Marketing teams to ensure alignment

JOB REQUIREMENTS
\n
- University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, with 1-2 year(s) relevant experience
- Excellent Market research practices and techniques
- Experience analysing data
- Strong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantage
- Having strong communication skills and being an analytic decision maker and excellent attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good command of spoken and written skills in English and Spanish
