Radisson is currently looking for a Digital Chinese Content Specialist who will be responsible for the on-time delivery of digital content on its multi-lingual global e-commerce RadissonHotels.Com, especially RadissonHotels.Cn, Radisson Hotels CN app and wechat mini program. This role will focus primarily, but not exclusively, on the delivery of digital content for the Chinese market engaging with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters.
This position can be based in different locations as well.
Mission :
The Digital Chinese Content Specialist at Radisson Hotel Group has the role to ensure that RadissonHotels.Com and specifically RadissonHotels.Cn and apps display fresh and high-quality content (both text and visual elements) to help the user making a booking decision. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to :
* Create content directly in Chinese for specific platforms
* Maintain market specific content on radissonhotels.Cn as well as adapting existing translations, adding local flavour
* Work with the content tools (CMS, DAM and Translation flows) keeping all digital channels up-to-date and appealing to the customers.
* Support the hotel content needs driving business to the properties
* Ensure compliance to brand guidelines and superior content quality to the website and app.
Responsibilities :
The Digital Chinese Content Specialist has the responsibility to :
* Create new content and maintain high-standard web content in Simplified Chinese on RadissonHotels.Com, RadissonHotels.Cn and Radisson Hotel app.
* Manage content change requests in both English and Simplified Chinese
* Operate the Content Management System (CMS) to create, edit and publish content on the website and app.
* Collaborate with marketing, branding and other internal teams to determine their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
* Review reported issue in-language and content requests and provide / implement the fix or workaround.
* Follow and uphold Brand and Site style guides and standards, guidelines provided by the SEO team and ADA compliance.
* Identify bugs and submit tickets in the reporting tool (Jira).
* Monitor web issues submitted to our queue and route to the appropriate party.
* Keep current on the latest editorial and user experience techniques and share best-practice examples with team members
Requirements / Skills :
The Digital Chinese Content Specialist must possess the following requirements and skills :
* A native / bilingual level of written and spoken Simplified Chinese, together with advanced English. Knowledge of Traditional Chinese or any other languages is a plus.
* Experience managing multi-lingual content
* Copywriting experience in Simplified Chinese
* Experience managing content for a global audience is a plus
* CMS Technical understanding or experience, along with basic working knowledge of HTML, is a plus.
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
* High degree of ownership, accountability and adaptability.
* Capable of working cross-functionally across teams.
* Balance multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
