Your role ?
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Building Connections: Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, on-site meeting, participating to market events…)
* Closing Deals: Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
* Sourcing Talent: Conducting searches and selections of candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Driving Success: Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth.
* Hitting Targets: Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with support and resources at your disposal.
Your profile?
We’re Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, IT Sales or Business Development (ideally Saas or similar industry)
* Fluent French
* Good command of English
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
* Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
