At OmniAccess, we are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & People Specialist with experience in tech-sector profiles and generalist HR capabilities to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment, eager to shape our company's talent landscape, and make a direct impact on our growth. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within the tech sector, especially for technical roles, and possess a hands-on attitude to support other HR areas in a growing company. This is an on-site position in Palma, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with the business in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Talent Acquisition (Main Focus):
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles in Cloud, IT, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Satellite Communications.
* Partner with hiring managers to define needs, write job descriptions, and execute sourcing strategies.
* Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and advice.
* Share market insights, company culture, and recruitment best practices;
train them in the ATS system.
* Conduct CV screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments;
follow up with all involved parties.
* Track recruitment KPIs and support employer branding efforts.
* Manage relationships with headhunters and recruitment agencies.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Employer branding and EVP:
* Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to drive initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Drive employer branding initiatives and analyze hiring KPIs for continuous improvement.
* Support HR colleagues and leaders to strengthen company culture.
* Onboarding & Offboarding:
* Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and system updates.
* Identify opportunities to enhance employee lifecycle touchpoints.
* HR Support as People Specialist:
* Support core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, documentation, benefits, and HR systems.
* Assist in employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications.
* Contribute to HR projects, data analysis, and reporting.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably for IT/Tech roles;
generalist HR experience is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
* Fluent in English and Spanish;
additional European languages are a plus.
* Passionate about talent acquisition and securing top talent.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms (e.G., Bizneo, Leapsome, or similar).
* Proactive, independent thinker with problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
