SAP Consultant – Service Delivery Manager (SDM) – 12 months – Madrid. RED is supporting a leading client in the Pharma/Healthcare sector on a long-term transformation program.
Responsibilities
This role combines strong service management capabilities with hands‐on coordination across multiple SAP functional areas.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Location: Madrid – 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager with strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI, CO, COPA, SD, MM, PM, QM, PP, WM.
Advanced knowledge and/or certification in SAP logistics modules (SD/MM).
Strong coordination and service management skills with a solid logistical understanding.
Ability to manage demand, assign tasks to external consultants, and monitor progress.
Occasional travel to Toledo.
