AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.
What are the mainly responsibilities?
* Review and approve sales and FTE season budgets for stores in the region.
* Monthly monitoring of stores P&L, to propose corrective actions to achieve EBITDA.
* Interview and approve flagship store managers & supervise induction and training.
* Organize and coordinate implementation of new tools, programs or digital solutions in his region.
* Coordinate the execution of events, activations and partnerships in the stores in collaboration with marketing teams.
* Supervise and ensure excellent retail operations in the points of sale, propose improvements to HQ teams and lead revised standards.
* Communicate and cascade the group's values, mission and vision to the teams in the stores.
* Propose changes to salary structure in the region in line with market practice and adjust salary packages of key positions.
* Guarantee the correct implementation of the 360 GTM, and collaborate in building the commercial calendar and trade initiatives.
* Follow market trends and identify product needs for his stores, coordinating with Product teams to cover key opportunities.
* Work for the best use of CRM for its region and ensure a quality database.
* Identify expansion opportunities in the region and maintain contact with real estate brokers.
* Support and coordinate the resolution of business issues related to legal, real estate, logistic and reputational matters.
Minimum requirements
* 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Fluent in spoken and written English (C1)
* French or other languages are desirable
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel advanced user)
* Business Intelligence tools
* Knowledge in SAP (or similar) and Point of Sale software
