**Responsibilities**: As a real estate telemarketer, you'll play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Providing information about available properties and services to potential buyers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborating with our sales team to meet targets and achieve sales objectives.
- Updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
- Proven experience as a real estate telemarketer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools: Inmoba and Resales online
