What will your role be?
Recruitment Support
: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
Employee Engagement
: Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive work culture by organizing events, managing internal communications, and collecting feedback to enhance employee satisfaction.
Learning & Development
: Participate in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs, helping to manage schedules, materials, and participant follow-up.
HR Project Management
: Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as talent development programs, diversity initiatives, and employee wellness campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Data Management & Reporting
: Maintain employee records and assist in preparing HR-related reports, using data to track key metrics like turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness.

A university degree with professional experience.
Creative, proactive people, willing to generate changes and propose innovative solutions.
Sensitivity for the fashion and retail sector.
Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
