Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese marketsDrive brand awareness and customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations, following up on local regulationsAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunitiesManage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.)Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Creative, Events, Compliance, etc., to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectivesEstablish and maintain relationships with key local partners, agencies, and media outletsTrack and report on marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvementLead local events, memberships, and sponsorships, and PR initiatives to boost brand visibilityAdapt global marketing strategies to fit the local audiences, ensuring cultural relevanceReport directly to the Country Manager and stay aligned with the HQ Marketing department on all marketing activities and performance THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:
