Your mission:
As a Finance Trainee, your mission is to support the Finance and Accounting department by ensuring accurate financial records, smooth processes, and detailed reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of hotel finance.
Your tasks will include:
* Purchasing Control Process
* Income Audit tasks
* Balance Sheet Reconciliation
* Stock Management
* Cash Controls
* Profit and Loss Statement Analysis
* Assisting in month-end and year-end financial reporting
* Supporting ad-hoc financial projects and analyses
What we're looking for:
* Education: Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines. Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficient in Excel and comfortable with finance-related digital tools.
* Languages: Fluent English is required;
* Other: Passion for hospitality and teamwork. xbhjioe Previous finance experience or internships are a plus but not mandatory.
