How you will create an impact :
* Take on IT project responsibility for office integration topics, from requirements gathering to implementation.
* Act as a key advisor between branch management and IT teams, ensuring smooth process flows.
* Manage service providers and coordinate their involvement in branch projects.
* Support the development and expansion of a professional team, contributing to IT operations and optimization.
* Contribute to strategic IT matters in a global context.
* Ensure thorough documentation of projects and installations.
* Be open to a versatile role with a high willingness to travel.
About you :
* Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
* Approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally with office relocation or expansion projects in a global environment.
* Knowledge of project management methods and practical experience in leading projects.
* Experience in managing external service providers.
* Confident and diplomatic demeanor with strong presentation and facilitation skills in English.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Independent, structured working style, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
* Deep understanding of complex process workflows and their implementation.
* Commitment, conscientiousness, and a service-oriented mindset.
