Responsibilities
Responsible for partner pipeline management, detecting new opportunities and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
Understand partner market and competition, evaluate reseller interest.
Create partner loyalty and drive partner competencies and certification in BU products.
Ensure partners take advantage of promotions, events & programs.
Work with partner to drive revenue for BU via campaigns, opportunity identification (and closure) and other methods.
Detect and provide transparency of qualified opportunities and take actions to close them with partner & support partners to close big deals when necessary.
Work closely with telemarketing, end user sales teams and other key resources to maximize revenue and customer/partner satisfaction.
Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co‑marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI.
May attend country partner events for meeting key partners.
Qualifications
Bi‑lingual or proficient in Swedish and advanced in English.
Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
Familiar with channel programs.
Excellent negotiation, management, communication, telephone and presentation skills.
Shows motivation, teamwork, collaboration, time/work prioritization.
Demonstrates innovation, good judgment and problem‑solving skills.
Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals.
Experience in a channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is a plus.
Benefits and Compensation
Full‑time, 39 hours per week, permanent contract: Monday 9:00–18:00.
Salary 23,400€ gross per year + up to 7,200€ gross per year in bonus.
