Job Description:
Order Management Specialist
We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to join our team at Perfumes Loewe in Granollers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer purchase orders, creating sales orders, and coordinating with Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Answer phone calls and manage requests made by customers, distributing the call to other colleagues if necessary.
* Quotation Management: Receive requests and manage quotations, following up on acceptance whenever possible.
* Order Management: Manage customer purchase orders, create sales orders, and coordinate with Supply Chain & Logistics.
* Order Delivery Tracking: Track order delivery in coordination with Supply Chain & Logistics.
* Administrative Management: Manage service requests, register them in the system, and assign dates and technicians based on availability and geographic area.
* Invoicing: Invoices services, including proforma and final invoicing after verifying documentation and data.
* Maintenance Contracts: Register contract information in the system, control intervention dates, and modify materials lists during the contract term.
* Incident Management: Manage incidents that arise during each phase of the 'order to cash' process until resolution.
* Travel Management: Coordinate travel for technicians and colleagues.
Your Profile:
* Education: Studies in Administration & Finance.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Back-office department (Order Manager role).
* Skills: Training, knowledge, and experience in administration; valuable to have experience as part of project management team.
* Personality: Sensitive leadership personality experienced in leading high performance production organizations.
* Language Skills: English (Advanced).
* Work Style: High performance and result orientation; outstanding communication skills.
