- Plan, monitor and control activities per Engineering discipline PD and CPM
- Oversee robust design and validation within budget and targets
- Review internal and customer requirements and specifications
- Perform or support design calculations, simulations, coding, and acceptance tests
- Apply standardization rules and justify deviations when needed
- Prepare and conduct engineering discipline design reviews
- Interface with customers for engineering content
- Report to Product Technical Manager/Leader/Engineer and management
- Manage detailed scheduling and budgeting for scope
- Identify resource, equipment and investment needs
- Break down activities to meet milestones
- Track scope spending and ensure alignment with budget
- Lead and develop contributing team members
- Regularly review alignment between needs and availability
- Be eligible for site-based role with international exposureResponsabilidades
- Engineering degree
- Experience in automotive technical testing
- Knowledge of electrotechnics
- Good English (B2-C1)
