The Opportunity

You'll join as a Business Development Manager, supporting commercial growth across Spain by developing partnerships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, installers, and trade networks. You’ll be part of a collaborative European team and play a meaningful role in helping accelerate the clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and grow strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and B2B partners
* Identify and onboard new clients through outbound sales and networking
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement
* Travel regularly across Spain to support sales efforts and maintain partnerships
* Present and explain product offerings in a consultative, solutions-focused way
* Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, quotes, and deal progression
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and leadership teams
* Share customer insights to help shape product development and strategy
* Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and industry meetups
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to make an impact.
You’ll likely have:
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to translate technical concepts into simple, customer-focused language
Fluent Spanish and professional English
A self-starter attitude with comfort working in a hybrid or remote setup
A genuine interest in sustainability, innovation, or the energy transition
