Lead the development of the project's construction and engineering activities, being able to manage all constraints that may affect scope, cost, or schedule. This role is the highest responsible for the structure dedicated to executing the project on site, reporting both functionally and hierarchically to the Construction Director.The Site Manager will perform, among others, the following duties:Establish and maintain relationships between the construction team and subcontractors.Negotiate, recommend award decisions, and manage subcontractor companies as well as the project's own resources.Maintain the flow of information related to construction matters between the construction team and all other organizations involved in the Project.Approve subcontractors' construction procedures and any subsequent revisions.Lead regular general meetings for construction preparatory activities and overall construction progress.Approve the schedules of subcontractors involved in the works and coordinate them toward the overall project objectives.Analyse the evolution of the project schedule by comparing it with the actual progress of construction activities.Be responsible for the execution of the works according to the approved planning, required quality, and agreed cost.Be responsible for implementing Acciona's policies on occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental protection on site.High level of Spanish.High level of English.Knowledge of Dutch will be considered an asset.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Manager in EPC transmission projects in international environments is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of CAD and Primavera will be an advantage.
