Responsibilities- Implement the BTL strategy for the Channel, working cross‑functionally to deliver execution aligned to brand strategy.
- Put the shopper and guest at the heart of decision making, using insights and available tools to drive flawless execution along the path to purchase.
- Increase consistency in BTL, achieving 70% of execution through Channel Marketing toolkits by fiscal year 26.
- Identify gaps and adapt toolkits, ensuring execution is in line with brand and shopper strategy.
- Serve as the Customer Marketing lead for a defined set of priority brands, discussing BTL and ATL choices in partnership with Consumer Marketing.
- Contribute to the Integrated Activation Plan (IAP) cycle, bringing shopper, guest, customer and brand perspectives to the BTL discussion.
- Maximise ROI from A&P, setting clear objectives for all investment decisions and evaluating them in a timely manner, including GTN spend.
- Manage A&P budgets, including phasing and invoice/PO processes.
- Collaborate with the team of Activation Managers to ensure perfect execution in key cities and hotspots.

Minimum 3 years of marketing or commercial experience, preferably within a premium/FMCG background.
Exposure to WIKC/Hotspots through commercial or customer/brand marketing is preferred.
Knowledge of the channel achieved by working directly with key customers in a marketing or commercial capacity.
Proven track record in positive stakeholder management.
Experience delivering shopper marketing activation or events is preferred.
Experience working for a BTL/creative agency is beneficial but not essential.
Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for marketing and sustainable brand building is advantageous.
