PbJob Overview /b /ppWe are looking for a country manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the bEU /b region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure. /ppbMain responsibilities /b /pullibPartnership Development /b: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network. /lilibBusiness Growth KPI Achievement /b: Drive regional performance by improving key commercial metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and overall revenue contribution. Deliver measurable business impact through disciplined execution and performance tracking. /lilibFull BD Process Ownership /b: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline. /lilibClient Partner Relationship Management /b: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication. /lilibMarket Research Competitive Insights /b: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the EU region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities. /lilibLocalized Marketing Collaboration /b: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
