Based on the Group’s growth plans in Europe, is looking for a: /ppstrongTRADE MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER EUROPE /strong /ppLocation: Madrid or France (Lyon area) /ppReporting to the Product Marketing Strategy Manager Europe, he/she will develop marketing strategy to accelerate the selling out of its products and its brand presence along Europe. /ppResponsibilities: /pulliManage the annual budget for Marketing Communication to ensure maximum ROI within the marketing plan /liliEnsures brand delivery and consistency across all markets ensuring the implementation of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, loyalty programs, or any other initiatives as defined. /liliDesign and supervise the communication plan either operational or digital /liliJointly with Sales leaders designs marketing programs to increase awareness, build categories and grow demand for its products as well as directing promotional support. /liliMaintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs, determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars. /liliParticipates in competitive intelligence by analyzing the different means and methods of communication used by the competition. /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliMinimum 5 years’ experience managing marketing programs, preferable with an industrial background, working with cross-functional teams, external marketing agencies and other vendors. /liliPool Sector’s experience would be an advantage /liliBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, together with strong computer skills including MS Office required. /liliFluent English (mandatory) - Spanish French are a plus. /li /ul
