At Danfoss in Tuchom, we are continuously growing and expanding our production capabilities. Therefore, we are currently looking for a Production Planner to join our team — someone who wants to have a real impact on the efficiency and smooth flow of our production processes.

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production processes based on customer orders and sales forecasts. Your goal will be to ensure timely order fulfillment while optimizing production capacity. The role also includes inventory control as well as preparing analyses and reports to support operational decision-making
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning production processes based on customer orders and sales forecasts
- Preparing short-term production plans
- Analyzing and developing long-term production plans
- Conducting comprehensive production analyses
- Balancing production plans with available capacity
- Analyzing company production capabilities
- Verifying material availability
- Preparing daily and monthly reports
- Setting production priorities
- Ensuring high-quality service, timeliness, and accuracy in order execution
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
- Very good command of English
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage (e.g., operational purchasing)
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ability to act quickly and efficiently
- Well-developed communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-discipline
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
