For our site in Madrid we are looking for a Business Analyst Supply Chain ERP/ Manufacturing Functional Administrator 100%.
**Your Mission**:
You work with ERP leadership and key stakeholders within their functional area to implement business improvement opportunities and provide ERP system support.
This position functions as a project manager and provides consulting services on how to integrate information technologies into ERP business processes.
Your main tasks & responsibilities:
- Define system requirements and assess impacts for new installs, enhancements, releases and upgrades to ERP system software within their functional area
- Triage and address system questions or concerns with ERP leadership
- Manage ERP system master data within their functional area
- Identify and support implementation of ERP business process improvements
- Create queries and reports to support end-user requirements and analysis; develop test scripts and execute testing as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders, project team and vendors in a timely manner with little or no supervision; develop and maintain ERP system training materials and job aids
- Maintain an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area of responsibility
**Your Profile**:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:
**Education and training**:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related program required
**Experience**:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing supply chain process improvements via systems and process enhancements
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP (Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes, e.g. Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Order Management and Master Data
- Proven experience in business process development
- Expertise leading efforts with cross-functional stakeholders
- ERP implementation (Oracle) or similar process transformational experience
**Languages**:
English (native or C1 level); French, Spanish or any other additional language is an advantage
**Skills**:
Ideally, you possess the following:
- Expert level knowledge in Oracle EBS Supply Chain. This includes (but not limited to) INV, SCP, ASCP, PO, OM, CZ, WIP modules.
- Expert in SQL, PL/SQL development.
- Knowledge of PHP a plus.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Good communication skills, ability to work with all levels across the organization/wide range of different stakeholders
