We’re looking for a creative and driven Community Manager - Content & Design to join our international communications team based in Madrid. You’ll report to your future Manager based in Brussels and work closely with both local leads and global stakeholders. This position is key to strengthening our digital presence and brand engagement.
Your Missions :
Social Media & Community Management
Manage daily content calendars and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (with a strong focus on LinkedIn).
Support local communication teams while aligning with the Group’s global strategy.
Design, adapt, and publish impactful international campaigns across markets.
Act as a strategic partner to local teams, sharing best practices and ensuring message consistency.
Content Strategy & Creation
Co-develop and execute international and local digital communication plans.
Translate strategic objectives into creative, high-performing content.
Write, design, and produce posts and short-form video content with brand tone and clarity in mind.
Collaborate closely with the Group Social Media Manager to align messaging and goals.
Manage editorial planning tailored to country-specific needs and business priorities.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
Use KPIs and analytics tools to monitor performance and identify content insights.
Continuously improve our approach based on data and platform trends.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in social media and content creation.
Tools You’ll Work With :
Creative: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, PlayPlay or similar
Social: Metricool or similar for scheduling and performance tracking
Productivity: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Profile :
Fluent (C2) or native English speaker
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital communication, community management, or social media
Strong design sensibility with hands-on skills in graphic creation, animation, and video editing
Creative thinker, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in both B2B and B2C environments preferred
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field
Experience with paid social campaigns is a strong plus
