Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the Finance IT product portfolio within Vodafone’s IT Platforms, focusing on SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and related tools. You will drive roadmaps, liaise with business and IT stakeholders, and ensure delivery across cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. You will blend functional SAP expertise with agile delivery to enable finance processes and consolidations at scale. This position offers impact across global teams and a chance to shape finance technology solutions within a major telecom group.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Accountable for the CIS EVO Finance Platform features and functions, ensuring security, architecture, privacy/GDPR, SOX and audit controls - Define and deliver product roadmaps, gather requirements and align with stakeholders, approve solution changes - Collaborate with CoP Leads, Business POs, Process Governance, SSCs, System Integrators and IT teams to drive improvements - Manage the product backlog with iterative prioritization aligned to business goals - Monitor product health and performance through defined KPIs and engage operations for service deliveryResponsabilidades - 5+ years of experience in large-scale, multi-country business transformation programmes - Strong knowledge of HP Quality Centre, SAP Solution Manager, Microsoft Office Applications and Microsoft SharePoint - Experience in a multinational company - Excellent English (C1) and Spanish communication skills - Ability to translate business requirements into solutions and prioritise to meet deadlines - Familiarity with SAP delivery methodology and Agile delivery experience - Proven track record in SAP S4 Hana FICO modules, especially AFC and Group Reporting, with exposure to Real Estate, Asset Accounting and GL/Controlling - Good understanding of SAP S4 FI modules: RMCA/FICA, GL, AR, AP, RE-FX, Controlling, plus SCM & HR integrations - SAP Certified - Cloud solutions such as Concur, Ariba;
