We are in search of a Precommisisoning Electrical Superintendent. The Precommisisoning Electrical Superintendent is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the electrical team during the precommisisoning and commissioning phases. The role ensures that all electrical systems are installed and tested correctly, operate efficiently, and comply with project specifications and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the team during the installation phase.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during the setup and testing of equipment.
Keep track of static equipment inventory and ensure all necessary parts are available for installation.
Order any additional parts or replacements needed during the construction phase.
Manage the budget for the installation and initial maintenance.
Ensure expenditures stay within the allocated budget during the construction stage.
Ensure all installation and initial maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Conduct inspections to verify compliance during the construction phase.
Prepare and present reports of the installation and initial maintenance activities.
Document any issues encountered and actions taken during the construction stage.
Address any issues promptly to minimize delays in the construction schedule.
Provide technical support and guidance to the team during the installation phase.
Develop and implement schedules for the installation and initial maintenance.
Ensure the reliability and proper functioning from the start of operations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in the precommissioning and commissioning of industrial or large-scale electrical systems.
Availability to travel to the project in Belgium.
