About the RoleWe are looking for a Spare Parts Development Specialist to join our Customer Service team.
In this role, you will drive the growth of the spare parts and service contracts business by supporting sales initiatives, coordinating operational follow‐ups, and leveraging data analysis to enhance customer value.
Main Responsibilities
Follow up on the daily operative audit visit program, in collaboration with Customer Service Area Managers and Customer Care, to support monthly goals achievement.
Monitor and manage spare parts and service contracts open offers in collaboration with the Spare Parts Execution team and CS Area Managers.
Execute daily activities related to the Recommended Spare Parts process, proactively supporting the proposal of spare parts packages to customers.
Prepare documentation to support sales activities and detailed meetings with customers.
Collaborate with Coesia centres of expertise on stock management and price list updates.
Perform data analysis and reporting on spare parts and service contracts offering activities and order intake volumes.
What You Need to Be Successful
Degree in STEM.
Strong interest and curiosity for technical topics.
Customer‐oriented mindset and strong service attitude.Good coordination skills and high attention to detail.
Solid data analysis skills.
Experience with CRM systems and SAP tools.
2–3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
Previous experience in data analysis and understanding its business implications.
