The person will be part of the GTB / PCM team in Madrid. GTB Spain belongs to the GTPS BU and is dedicated to developing the business with Corporate Clients seeking support with transactions (commercial and corporate transactions) and/or payments. It targets large Spanish Groups as well as local subsidiaries of multinational groups clients of the bank across the network.
The offered position is a new role within the GTB / PCM unit in Madrid as Sales Support. The person will report directly to the Head of PCM Sales and will be mainly responsible for:
* Collaborating with PCM Sales and Client Service team members to assist in the origination and execution of Payment and Liquidity Management activities (Domestic and International payments, Cash Pooling structures, Electronic Banking Channels, Working Capital Facilities) for strategic clients, and interacting with stakeholders such as Senior Bankers, Risk Management, Compliance, and Back Offices.
* Clients onboarding.
* Maintaining the Management Information Database.
* Compiling and analyzing data to forecast sales trends.
* Preparing accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
This position requires: (i) the ability to work in an international environment (support team in France, exchanges with other SG branches abroad); (ii) strong interpersonal skills and innovative thinking to interact with various contacts and understand processes; (iii) analytical skills to interpret Management Information.
Profile required

Studies & experience:
* Graduate with a Master’s degree from a Business/Engineering School or University, specializing in Finance or Business Administration.
* Previous experience in Cash Management is a plus.
Technical, operational & soft skills:
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
The VIE assignment in brief
This VIE in Madrid is to start as soon as possible, with an expected planning of 3 months from application to start date. The assignment lasts 12 months.
If a visa is required, ensure your passport is valid at least 6 months after the end of the contract to avoid delays.
