Requirements

- 3 years of experience working as a assistant general manager, assistant sales manager or front desk manager, preferably in Marriott Hotels
- High level of English. Knowledge of other languages is highly valued
- Degree in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism or Business Administration

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise the operation of all hotel departments, ensuring optimal functioning.
- Ensure compliance with established objectives, both in terms of results and hotel quality standards.
- Manage the hotel's budget, control expenses, analyze deviations, and adopt necessary corrective measures.
- Analyze market trends within the hotel industry and identify customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, emphasizing the quality of service and conveying the company's cultural values.
- Manage the hotel's quality system: oversee compliance with the hotel's quality standards and corporate policies.
