This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Spanish construction industry. The role involves
consultative sales of high-value technology solutions
used to document and digitize construction projects.
You will work with multiple stakeholders across sectors such as
healthcare, urban infrastructure, education, transportation, and energy
, helping them integrate innovative documentation technologies into their projects.
3D Laser Scanning
~ Video Documentation
~3D Virtual Tours
~ Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and networking
Coordinate with marketing to develop materials that support the sales process
Track performance and pipeline using CRM systems
Prepare forecasts and report sales performance against targets
Proven experience in
sales within the Spanish construction, architecture, or engineering sector
Existing network of industry contacts is highly valued
Understanding of
construction bidding processes and project stakeholders xohynlm
Experience with
CRM platforms and KPI tracking
Comfortable using digital sales platforms and modern sales tools
Higher education degree (sales, marketing, architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields preferred)
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience
Proficiency with office software and CRM systems
Fluent English required
(additional languages are a plus)

Hybrid work model with occasional office and client visits
40,000 – €45,000 + sales commission
