Responsibilities

Drive Strategic GrowthAnalyze regional performance and provide accurate sales forecastingNavigate public (Concúrsos, Lícitiationces Públicas, SAS, SIGLO) and private (GPOs) procurement systemsCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams, including Tenders, Pricing, Product Specialist, Customer Service and moreBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makersDeepen your expertise in surgical procedures and product applicationsUtilize key business indicators to inform strategic decisions.
What you bring
3. Bachelor’s or University degree level
4. Proven leadership experience with a coaching mindset
5. Familiarity with SAS, SIGLO and regional procurement platforms
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish
7. Good oral and written communication skills in English
8. Ability and willingness to travel frequently and complete 3 weeks of training in English in the Netherlands
9. Based in Southern Spain
