The mission of the Treasury Specialist is to manage the Group’s cash and debt to ensure liquidity and reduce financial costs, optimize cash, and control risk through process improvement and digitalization.
About The Role
Cash management:
* Handle all incoming and outcoming banking transactions on behalf of the Group
* Daily management of liquidity position
* Ensure fulfillment of all payment obligations
* Keep a fluent relationship with Banks
* Negotiate and review bank commissions
* Follow up and ensure fulfillment of cash management Group policies
Cashflow forecast and budget:
* Prepare periodic reports detailing Group’s current financial situation
* Prepare cashflow forecasts in collaboration with all the Departments involved
* Forecast P/L accounts related to the treasury area to fulfil budget needs
FX Risk:
* Control Fx-hedging strategy according to the Group's policy
* Negotiate hedging instruments
* Optimize FX flows
Additional Functions:
* Bank accounts and ussers administration
* Service Bureau and other platforms administration
* Review Bank documentation and contracts
* Support to other departments: be escalation point for cash management claims
About you
You are the ideal person if you have…
* 4 or more years of demonstrated experience managing international treasury
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English
* Advanced user in MS Excel
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant field
* Team-worker, attention to detail, autonomous and proactive
* Knowledge of SAP
