Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product direction. /li liRoadmap Prioritization: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact. Effectively communicate roadmap and progress to stakeholders at all levels. /li liRequirements Design: Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically sound, scalable, and secure. Drive the design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, to optimize user experience. /li liExecution Delivery: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and post‑launch optimization. Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features and enhancements. /li liStakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for MBS and Self‑Service Portal products, fostering strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and engineering teams. Proactively manage expectations and communicate updates effectively. /li liTechnical Expertise: Possess an understanding of relevant technologies, system integrations, data flows, and security best practices. Be able to deep dive into technical details with engineering teams and make informed technical decisions. /li liPerformance Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance. Utilize data analytics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development. /li liCompliance Governance: Ensure all product development adheres to internal governance policies, security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul li7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role. /li liProven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the enterprise application or internal tools space. /li liExperience with mission‑critical business systems and/or self‑service portal development is highly desirable. /li liExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and technologies. /li liFamiliarity with API design, data modeling, and system integrations. /li liBasic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security concepts. /li liAbility to read and understand technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and data schemas. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. /li liAbility to influence and lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority. /li liProactive, self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
