As an Accountant, you will participate in month‑end and year‑end accounting activities and ensure the accuracy of financial information in accordance with US GAAP and Spanish GAAP. You will meet demanding deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Review monthly balance sheet and prepare quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
* Calculate and post accruals and prepayments.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Corporate.
* Prepare annual statutory accounts.
* Fulfil and submit tax forms (VAT, Intrastat, Income taxes).
* Coordinate external auditors.
* Prepare inter‑company transaction details annually.
* Respond to specific requests from local tax authorities.
* Coordinate with shared service centers.
* Participate in finance projects in the Iberia region (LEI, ERPS, etc.).
* Participate in the planning process.
Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company or Big Four audit firm.
* Proficiency in English.
* Knowledge of BPC, SAP, or Sage is a plus.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Outlook.

* Contract type: 12‑month fixed‑term.
* Salary range: €30,000 – €36,000 per year.
