Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga was known as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and "The Couturier of the Couturiers" by Gabrielle Chanel. The house is renowned for its modern shapes.
While the brand's identity is rooted in conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories also enjoy worldwide success. Notably, its handbag collections are iconic. Recently, a focus on developing Balenciaga's menswear collections has been highly successful.
Since October 2015, Demna Gvasalia has been the artistic director for both men's and women's collections.

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid ECI, reporting to the Store Manager.
Your Opportunity
To elevate the in-store customer experience with flawless service that dazzles. You will seek out and leverage opportunities to enhance sales and foster growth.
How You Will Contribute
Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
Understand current products, trends, and collections, ensuring customers are informed
Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation
Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures
Be aware of daily sales targets and performance, using appropriate sales techniques to meet them
Understand and adhere to all procedures and policies
Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards
Follow security and health & safety regulations
Open and close the store as needed, following security protocols
Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as necessary
Who You Are
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in a face-to-face customer service role
Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a shared goal
Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
