What Youll Do In this role youll be at the heart of generating opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Your responsibilities will include :
Managing prioritized accounts in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC to improve segmentation and data quality.
Following up on events and online demand qualifying leads and delivering high-quality data to the sales team.
Supporting local promotional offers (bundle deals new product launches stock clearance etc).
Profiling and updating customer contact details to enhance database accuracy.
Transforming unqualified leads into qualified profiled opportunities.
Collaborating with marketing teams to support post-event lead generation activities.
Partnering with telesales and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handovers and opportunity follow-up.
What Were Looking For We believe in people who are motivated adaptable and eager to learn. Heres what makes you a great fit :
Fluent or bilingual in French with at least intermediate English.
Experience or knowledge of the sales process.
Passionate about sales and technology.
Solid IT literacy and comfortable with CRM systems.
Reliable committed and focused on achieving objectives.
